If you wish to make a non-urgent appointment, you may request one using the form below. For same day appointments please contact us by phone or in person. Clinical queries should not be submitted via email, text or any of the forms on this website as they may not be reviewed in a timely manner.

If you require urgent medical attention, please phone the practice (or the out of hours number). For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999.

If you need to cancel your appointment please contact the surgery as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else. If you do not cancel your appointment within a 2hour notice period there will be a €20 non attendance fee charged to your file.
